| Description: | Glacier Hills Home Care is seeking a highly skilled, broad-based HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST who will be responsible for recruitment, training, and employee relations for the home care division. This is a salaried exempt, full time position.

| Duties: | The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, screening and hiring, and all human resource functions. This individual must be very knowledgeable and experienced in employment law and practices and have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills. |
| Qualifications: | Candidates must have:
Minimum of three years HR experience, with experience in Home Health Care or Private Duty preferred.
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Outlook and the programs in Microsoft Office Suite.
Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
